Dateline November 2015: BROOMFIELD,Colorado — Look, constituents, no hands. In fact, Gov. John Hickenlooper needed only to nudge his head Tuesday morning to control a tricked-out 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray around the west parking lot of the 1stBank Center.
